I ask myself today: Why is Easter so close to April 15th, IRS day?
The question arose after I spent the last 2 days getting all the information needed to file yearly taxes. And it felt like I was doing some act of repentance.
Now I realize there must be many others who face the difficulties f having enough money to pay all the bills, and to be secure. Yes I too have to face this issue, after having seen investments go so far down it hurts. So I am like many looking for ways to improve my financial life. I believe I have found some good possibilities and am sharing them here for anyone interested.
Check out this site for example:

Let me know what you think.
It may be one quick way for you start improving your financial life, just like have been doing over the last 6 months. Its good to know there are many ways to do this.
I found one that involves using an IRA or 401 K to earn 12% interest backed by a lien on apartment complexes. It took me a lot of time to check it out and its been working well, I feel pretty good I found it when I did. Now I know this is not for everyone, so I urge and encourage you to keep positive, that you will find a suitable means just right for you. So your Easter wont be so worrisonme as you face the taxman day so soon ahead.
Let me know what you do and how it turns out. My email is jkccnp@hotmail.com.
Blessings, and peace,

REPORT: Lose Belly Fat, Great Abs: Scams?
My Thoughts on Lose Belly Fat, Great Abs: Scams?
SO MANY ADS! SO MUCH HYPE! Thats why I was pleasantly surprised by what I read from Michael Geary, nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. He's author of "The Truth About Six Pack Abs". Click Here!
Read some of what he says here.
"Come on now! I hope you've been insulted by all of these fraudulent marketers and the gimmicks and scams that they are pushing down your throat by trying to get you to believe that a "FLAT BELLY FAT" reduction miracle is possible overnight.
So let's get past all of the scams and gimmicks and get right down to the hard science and reality behind what techniques and strategies really do help you to lose your stubborn belly fat and keep it off for life!
1) The first important principle we'll discuss is how you structure your workouts. In order to stimulate fat-loss from your stomach, you need to stop wasting so much of your time doing all kinds of abdominal exercises and hundreds of reps of crunches, leg lifts, and torso twists in the hopes of "spot-reducing" your belly and love handles.
I'm sure you know by now if you've read any reputable fitness publications over the last decade that spot-reduction DOES NOT occur. It's a myth that just won't seem to go away. The truth is, you don't lose belly fat by doing exercises that target the stomach area. Unfortunately, even though most people by now do understand this (or at least they should), they still spend WAY too much of their training time trying to target the stomach with tons of abs exercises.
Now don't get me wrong, a certain amount of abdominals exercises are great and they do help to strengthen your core and help you maintain a healthy back. But the fact is that direct abs exercises should only be a small portion of your workout routines. The majority of your time should be spent focusing on multi-joint exercises that work the largest muscle groups of the body like the legs, chest, and back.
Now that is one of the REAL secrets for ridding yourself of that sloppy belly fat for good. Focusing on big multi-joint exercises for the largest portions of your body greatly increases your metabolic rate both during the workout, and for 24-48 hours after the workout. In addition, this also stimulates an increase in fat-burning hormones within your body. You simply don't get this type of metabolic and hormonal response by wasting most of your time with "abs-pumping" exercises.
Want to lose belly fat... Well, get your butt under a barbell and do some squats, do some deadlifts, some lunges, step-ups, some back and chest work. It doesn't matter per se if it's barbells, dumbbells, or even bodyweight exercises... the focus needs to be on big multi-joint exercises at a high intensity. That means no 5-minute rest periods between sets while you flap your gums with half of the people at the gym. Losing your belly fat for good requires some focus and intensity in your workouts! Anybody who tells you that you can do it while sitting on your couch watching TV with some "ab-belt" strapped to you, or doing only 2-minutes of crunching with your "ab-rocker-roller" is flat out lying to you! Click Here!
He follows up with this ABOUT NUTRITION:
(2) The second important principle to rid yourself of that flabby belly revolves around your nutrition. The first thing you need to realize is that "diets" only work against your body in your effort to lose the stomach fat. You see, if you follow any of these fad diets like low-carb, or low-fat, or the grapefruit diet, the soup diet, or anything else that restricts 1 or more of the macro-nutrients (protein, carbs, and fat), most of the time you will actually lose lean muscle and lower your metabolic rate. This only makes you fatter in the long run, when you start to eat normal again!
I could go into all kinds of details, but essentially you are messing up processes related to your hormonal balance in your body, the muscle glycogen process, insulin, blood sugar, etc., and this stops your fat loss dead in its tracks!
It's important to stop falling for the fad diet gimmicks, and understand that as humans, we are meant to eat a balanced diet full of a diverse array of foods from healthy natural sources of carbohydrates, proteins, AND fats. This gives your body all of the macro-nutrients as well as all of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes that your body needs to run as a well-oiled fat-burning machine!

Are you taxed by the 2 much 2 do syndrome?
Its close to midnite and I'm about to turn in, way too late after work till 4 a.m.
Struggling to make order out of bills, online charges, and getting refunds from stuff I looked over about online biux, and decided it was way too much and was worth way too little.
I feel relieved to find some things that are promising; PPC classroom, a service that does web advertising, and some free stuff, almost as good as Blogger.
Challenging to get it organized tho. Any one else ever feel that?
I think its an epidemic, or maybe even pandemic(worldwide).
I am glad for having a home, a dear mate, who is kind(most of the time), a sweet dog named Murphy, who is the best one ever.
I found hiom lost about 4 years ago, and he is a winner Golden Retriever mix, smaller than the usual, and a charmer.
I need to get a picture up here on the web. Another thing to learn to do. Anyone with ideas please pass em on.
It was a really bright spring day today in Houston, warmed up to 70's or maybe more, and I loved going outside with a t shirt and feel the breeze the sun, and smell spring in the air.
It will wait to when I get a round tuit. :)
Nite all.

My Thoughts on How to End Anxiety and Panic Attacks
Anxiety, commonly called fear or worry, is a common problem I hear about from my clients or people in my class on Anger Management. Believe it or not most anger problems are really due to so many of us having daily worries, anxiety, and yes even panic attacks. There are so many reasons these days that even kids are becoming afraid. Millions of people are struggling with how to end anxiety and panic attacks.
I too have to deal with these issue. We are all subject to these emotions today much more than in the past I believe, as we are facing a global economic meltdown, uinemployment, rising health care, lack of insurance, violence, etc.
Its really important to accept that it is a mass problem and yet to be personally responsible in learning to deal with it. Make a commitment because your quality of life depends on it!
It is really important to devote some time and attention to learning to improve your ability to cope with the triggers to anxiety. I urge that you check out what might be very helpful in your learning. I often recommend to students to regularly practice stress management techniques, and to monitor their triggers so as to become stress-hardy. Practice makes you stronger and is crucial for your social, emotional, famioy, and physical health. We all know how much of illness is connected to stress and anxiety is the major one.
There is some good material provided nowadays and worth looking into if you want to sharpen your self-management powers.
For the sake of your family, your mate, your children, and your personal health, it is urgent to learn how to effectively defuse our anxiety and panic attacks.

How I Learned to Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle
Thoughts on How I learned to Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle.
Like most of you I have seen many pitches about flat belly diets. I wanted to share some other ideas about this. My long, personal experience finally got to my ideal weight. A long road.
I took a brand new tack. I switched from "Trying" to "Doing".
What else I did was make a public commitment. I got support from others. A support group of sorts..
I knew it couldn't be about about calorie counting. It was about how much and what I chose. I followed Dr. D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet. It really worked. Not easy. I kept at it, and went through all the mental challenges.
What I learned:
1. Once Committed the path is always ahead, even when there are challenges along the way.
2. It takes 30 days to change a habit. It took that long to transition. Commit to it.
3. Focus on your Goal, and rejoice with each success on the way to keep determined.
4. Have a specific measurable goal. Mine was to get to 178 lbs, started at 200. (took 9 mos.)
5. Focus on your life's activities, and what you enjoy from wake up to sleep time.
6. Take time to clean out all the distractions, junk food, candy, anything that's unhealthy.
7. If you need something in between meals have the best: fruit, veggies: a small amount.
8. Take your time when eating and use tasty recipes/items, use spices to add zest.
9. Pledge to do this as a life-long road to vibrant health, not for a quick fix.
10. Find your own Way, we are all different and no one size fits all. Gradual is best.
Be open to learning new Information.
Discover the way that works for you. Remember that your body takes sometimes 60-90 days to transition to a new level of health, getting free of your habits, to release food addictions, and be free.
11. Lastly: Regular Exercise helps a whole lot, it needs to be sufficient and consistent.
Also focus on what gives you pleasure and dive in, use yourt energy and time and focus. Find something good for yourself or others.
Also Remember: You Are a Beautiful Person, look in the mirror and say 3 times: "I love you."
