My Thoughts on How to End Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Anxiety, commonly called fear or worry, is a common problem I hear about from my clients or people in my class on Anger Management. Believe it or not most anger problems are really due to so many of us having daily worries, anxiety, and yes even panic attacks. There are so many reasons these days that even kids are becoming afraid. Millions of people are struggling with how to end anxiety and panic attacks.

I too have to deal with these issue. We are all subject to these emotions today much more than in the past I believe, as we are facing a global economic meltdown, uinemployment, rising health care, lack of insurance, violence, etc.
Its really important to accept that it is a mass problem and yet to be personally responsible in learning to deal with it. Make a commitment because your quality of life depends on it!

It is really important to devote some time and attention to learning to improve your ability to cope with the triggers to anxiety. I urge that you check out what might be very helpful in your learning. I often recommend to students to regularly practice stress management techniques, and to monitor their triggers so as to become stress-hardy. Practice makes you stronger and is crucial for your social, emotional, famioy, and physical health. We all know how much of illness is connected to stress and anxiety is the major one.

There is some good material provided nowadays and worth looking into if you want to sharpen your self-management powers.

For the sake of your family, your mate, your children, and your personal health, it is urgent to learn how to effectively defuse our anxiety and panic attacks.
